Best remedy for dehydrated skin


If a person does not have enough water in the body, they may experience dehydrated skin. A person can rehydrate the body inside-out and outside-in.


The best way to treat dehydrated skin is to do it internally -- drink more water. This is a more permanent solution and is also addressing the root cause.
